Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of large civil engineering projects.
• Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site and during the design phase.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, or similar).
• Strong project management skills and experience with budget and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
