Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and planning of architectural projects, from concept through completion.
• Develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical and design-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Professional Architect license or certification is preferred.
