Project Manager Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale engineering projects across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee engineering teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring that technical designs are executed according to specifications.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure effective communication among internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring resource optimization.
• Conduct regular project reviews and generate status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering and project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
