Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, local favorites, and international classics.
- Engage with guests to provide friendly and knowledgeable service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, managing inventory and ensuring quality control.
- Assist in developing the bar menu and suggesting drink pairings with meals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barkeeper or bartender in a high-quality bar, restaurant, or resort.
- Familiarity with mixology, drink preparation, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
