Project Manager Architect

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into successful architectural designs.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, engineers, and other stakeholders) and external consultants/contractors.
• Conduct site visits and ensure that construction aligns with the approved designs and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Solve design and construction challenges proactively and ensure that any changes are managed efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in architecture and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Professional Architect License/Certification is highly desirable.
